The Bamileke Chair and Table, also known as The Spider Chair, are carved from a single piece of tree trunk and are therefore also referred to as Tree Trunk Tables. As with all solid wood, small cracks may occur during the drying process. These natural features contribute to their unique expression, which we embrace, highlighting the authenticity of the craft and the material.
We create the Bamileke Chair not only for its beauty but also because it is deeply rooted in Cameroonian craft traditions and reflects the mastery behind each piece.
